The one-bedroom king suite had a super comfy bed, fluffy pillows, and a separate sitting area. I loved the microwave and refrigerator for snacks on the go. The staff were all really courteous, especially at the restaurant where the breakfast was tasty with options like tater tots and bacon. The gym was a nice perk too with good equipment.

The location near the airport is incredibly convenient for travelers. Spacious rooms come equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, making it easy to store snacks and drinks.

Upon entering room 306, I was greeted by a flickering light outside the bathroom, which didn't set a great tone. The phone in the living room didn't work, and a noticeable 10-12 inch scratch marred the TV screen. The carpet felt unclean—sticky enough that it left my baby’s knees black from crawling. Additionally, the first-floor elevator button malfunctioned. Breakfast was another letdown. not only was our order incorrect, but I also faced an $8 charge despite having a voucher. Amenities like the rolling chair in the living area came with tears, which felt like a preventable oversight. It was surprising to carry linens and pillows to our room too, and the overall housekeeping struggled to meet basic cleanliness expectations.

My stay was decent! The room was clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed that. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made a difference.

Comfortable room, excellent location, enjoyed the free airport shuttle which made my arrival and departure seamless and convenient, and the fitness center was fully equipped, perfect for my weekend regimen.

However, the shuttle service was inconsistent, and the mattress felt quite firm, which affected my comfort during the stay. I would recommend this place for a quick stay, but improvements in shuttle reliability and bedding comfort would make it even better.
